Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa, Phuket located in the private bay named Nakalay, between Patong and Kamala. The huge resort is surrounded by nature, tropical vegetation, coconut palms and tall pines located on the beach side.

The resort offers many facilities such as restaurants, bar, a spa, waterfront gym, the two beautiful large swimming pools – “The Sea Breeze Pool” and the largest “Blue Lagoon Pool” – in the middle of a lush tropical garden. The resort has its own beautiful private beach called Thavorn Beach or Nakalay Beach (that’s the reason of the resort’s name). The beach can be reached only y the guests of the resort or by sea.

OCEAN HILLSIDE WITH JACUZZI

We stayed for several days in the Hillside Ocean Facing room with private Jacuzzi on the balcony, enjoying e view over almost the entire resort. These room arelocated on a quiet hill facing the Andaman Ocean and are designed to provide their guests with the maximum privacy and comfort. That’s why they area perfect for couples and honeymooners.

The room has a large, comfortable bed, and area for working with a laptop or tablet, minibar, TV, and many other options, Of course, there is a very fast Wi-Fi connection.

The wood- covered bathroom is equipped with a shower, a mirror and a large bathtub. If you are a little lazy but enthusiastic, you can request to receive your meals directly in your room. The staff will take them directly to your room and you will have the opportunity to eat on the balcony equipped with chairs and table. Enjoy your meal!

     

The luxurious beach resort of Phuket offers a fun and unique way to access these room via the electric train up the hill. The service is available from early morning to late evening until 22.00; you can call the reception for the transport service after this time.

SWIMMING POOL

Thavorn Beach Village & Spa has 2 beautiful pool surrounded by a fantastic tropical garden. The biggest pool is “The Blue Lagoon Pool” It is so big, you can’t realize where if starts and ends.

There are small waterfalls, bridges, Thai statues, you can discover never – seen – before tropical flowers and plants, hidden corners. It seems like swimming in paradise.
The other one is the “Sea Breeze Pool” and it is located near the beach next to the bungalows – or “beach Front Cottage”. There is a “Crocodile Bar” by the pool and it is perfect to drink delicious fruit cocktails or soft drinks, or some ice- cold Thai beers. There are also sunbed, umbrellas and beach towels available. A top-notch service.

PHUKET’S MOST ROMANTIC DINNER

The most romantic dinner is famous in all Phuket and I think I had the most romantic dinner of my life here at Thavorn Beach Village Resort Phuket. We had a candlelit dinner at a private bamboo cabana on the beach, with our feet in the sand, breathing the sea breeze, listening to the sound of the waves crashing on the sandbanks. It was an incredible emotion, a unique experience, a moment we will never forget in life.

We tried just one of the 3 sets called “SURF SIDE” a rich and very delicious seafood barbecue for two people. There is also the option to consult the a la carte menu with a wide assortment of Thai dishes and seafood.

There are just 2 private cabins available at the moment, so if you really want to have a romantic dinner, I recommend booking it in advance directly at the reception or by contacting the resort.

Marisa restaurant is located next to the “Blue Lagoon Pool”. In the morning it offers various breakfast options, both international and local, which is a great way to start a wonderful day in the resort. The Thai Style restaurant is opened for lunch and dinner, there you can find a rich menu of Thai and other dishes made by chef with style and class.

NAKALAY OR THAVORN BEACH

Nakalay or Thavorn Beach is a pristine, semi-deserted beach in Phuket and home of the Thavorn Beach Village Resort. You can get there by the resort or the pier that is half way to the beach.

The beach has a shallow seabed so it suffers mostly during the period of low tide when stones and coral area emerge. It is not easy to swim where the seabed is higher; in this case, it is good to head to the large pools of the resort, waiting for the tide to rise.
There are sunbeds and umbrellas, bungalows facing the sea, a gym, a bar and much more on the beach.

THINGS TO DO

The Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa is located in the secluded area, but close to places like Kamala and the famous, chaotic Patong. The resort offers a free shuttle service to reach Patong in 10 minutes. The schedules are given in the lobby.
The resort will call a private taxi for your, in case you wish to visit other place or beaches in Phuket. If you are interested in day tours, there is a special box next to the reception that will explain in detail the most popular tours with their schedules and programs. Once you are in the resort, you will find that you will not miss anything even if you are a bit isolated.
