If you are looking for pool villas, this is one of the most affordable luxury resorts in Phuket and perfect for you! Well-designed spacious villas appropriately spaced apart for privacy, awesome architecture with a Thai influence, fantastic service and an unbeatable beachfront location. But the greatest thing of all at The Vijitt Resort is the affordability! During the low season, this resort sells for just over $100 per night. There’s no need to pay more than this as this resort is high quality with many amenities including a spa and restaurant. The only disadvantage is that the resort is expansive, and you will need to use a golf cart to get around.

3. Andaman White Beach Resort

This is one of Phuket’s hidden gems. Andaman White Beach Resort has 50 rooms with a mix of villas and deluxe room types. All rooms boast beautiful, Thai-style architecture and are well placed for extra privacy. The resort also has an outstanding private beach. Being in a secluded location, you would expect the food prices to be quite high, but that’s not the case at all. Be prepared to spend a very reasonable $10-$20 for a meal there. Also, the resort sells for about $100 per night during low season, make it an affordable luxury resort in Phuket. We highly recommend this place for couples who are traveling.

Ok, we are being biased again, but honestly, we own one of the most affordable luxury hotels Phuket has ever seen and our brand is strong. Thavorn Palm Beach Resort is located in the heart of Karon Beach, one of Phuket’s most beautiful beaches and a favorite beach destination for families. The rooms are a beautiful colonial style, and the resort features the best pools in Phuket - we have 5 swimming pools! The expansive grounds and well-maintained gardens make the resort feel secluded and private, and it is within walking distance to a lot of the shops and tourist spots in the neighborhood. Who doesn’t enjoy spending time by or in the swimming pool? Often times, a swimming pool makes a holiday. We enjoy lazy days by the pool, and here are our recommendations for a few of the best hotel pools in Phuket.

1. Phuket Marriott Resort and Spa, Merlin Beach

The pools at Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa are divided into three large, individual swimming pool. Each of the pools feature tiny garden islands and unique features. One of the swimming pools is especially for children. The water is shallow and it has water fountains and a slide. Fun for adults, one of the elegant swimming pools has a swim-up bar. The third swimming pool is home to the resort’s pool access rooms. From the resort, it is possible to visit Tri Trang Beach, too. Therefore, after a day by the pool, you can take a refreshing dip in the Andaman Sea.

2. Angsana Laguna Phuket

This family-friendly resort, located in the Laguna Phuket complex, has one of the best hotel pools in Phuket. The pool is 323 meters across and winds through the outside beachfront landscaped grounds of the resort. It is the perfect Phuket swimming pool for lounging by, swimming laps or simply frolicking with family and friends. We love this pool, and we are fans of this affordable 5-star resort in Phuket, too.

3. Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort

Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort is one of our favorite affordable luxury resorts in Phuket. The beach resort is home to two different swimming pools. The first is a very deep swimming pool around a restaurant which serves an excellent breakfast buffet, and the second is a shallow free-form swimming pool which is perfect for families. The shallow pool also features two Jacuzzi sections which are great for relaxing. A huge plus of the swimming pools at Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort is that there are professionally trained lifeguards on duty, so you don’t need to worry about safety!

Special Mention - Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa

Well, here we are being biased again, but the swimming pool at Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa is truly something special. At over 4,900 square meters, Thavorn Beach Village and Spa’s lagoon pool is amongst one of the biggest and best hotel pools in Phuket, featuring many areas to explore such as waterfalls, small bridges, and sculptures. All these features bring out the best aspect of the resort – the nature. Surrounding the swimming pool, there are areas to sunbathe with sun beds and umbrellas, so bring out your sunscreen and tanning oil! Additionally, the swimming pool is not just another large pool, but it has equipment for water activities, shallow areas for young and small children and staff supervising everything.
