Being situated on a private beach, the resort is not within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and attractions. It is advisable to rent a car/scooter, hire taxi service, or take advantage of our free shuttle bus to Patong beach. Otherwise, the resort is in an excellent Phuket Locale which has close proximity to major Phuket attractions by car.
Yes, we have multiple free shuttle buses to and from Patong Beach. Bus schedules may change depending on situation. Free shuttles operates on first-come-first-serve basis and cannot be booked in advance.
High and low tide affects the usability and appearance of Nakalay Beach according to the lunar cycle (changes daily). During low tide, the beach is not conducive for swimming but offers guests a chance to explore the interesting tidepool ecosystem that house a wide array of sea creatures and critters. We are 10 minute drive from the famous Patong beach and 5 minute drive from Kamala Beach.
Yes, free parking and secured parking are available to guests.
Yes, we do provide private airport transfer mini vans. You will be given an option to book these transfers when you book your room

Yes, dry cleaning and laundry service are offered to guests.
Most of the time yes. Nonetheless we do offer pickup service via car outside of funicular operating hours. Guest may also contact front office via room telephone to request pickup services outside of funicular operating hours.
Yes, guests have access to free exercise facilities such as pool, a fitness center. There are also special activities such as kayak, paddleboard, beach yoga, boxing classes, snorkeling many of which depends on schedule and for some activities, fees may apply.
The staff speaks multiple languages, including English, Chinese, Thai, Filipino, and Burmese
We do not recommend these rooms for elderly guests and families with young children as there are quite a few stairs which may not be conducive for these types of guests.
